Terms and Conditions

Product Orders

If your item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be backordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-12 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, you will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.

General Terms

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. By purchasing from our Tiger Hoverboards, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions stated on our website hoverboards.co.in. All brands, product names, product depictions and materials appearing on hoverboards.co.in are the intellectual property of their respective owners and licensees. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation needs to be done before 10 hours of shipment. Order cancellation less than 10 hours will not be considered. On cancellation, the amount will be given within seven working days.

Please forward your order confirmation to support@hoverboards.co.in to request cancel within 10 hours. Since the cancellation process may take up to 10 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Tiger Hoverboards are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Warranty

*All claims will have to be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. (In the warranty time period if the hoverboard has got any issue, shipping charges will be applicable to the customers)

Replacement Policy

We don’t have any replacement policy, we provide only 6 months warranty of the product. But in case a customer has received a damaged product he can contact on our customer care number 8369916152 but this has to be done within 24 hours of product delivery with the complete image proofs of the damaged product. If we find the claim right, the product will be replaced in ten working days.

Refund Policy

In case a customer has mistakenly paid twice for the same product then the money will be refunded via the same source within seven working days.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

If the order is to be delivered in Mumbai product will be delivered within three working days and in the case of any other location, customer will get the delivery within seven working days. But no responsibility will be taken for any delay of the package as we have no control on the time taken by the delivery channel.

All domestic orders include free standard shipping in India. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 1 day by email at support@hoverboards.co.in or call us on 8369916152. If you do not contact us within this time period, and the damage was caused by carrier error, you may forfeit any damage claim that you may have with the carrier. Hoverboard India is not responsible for any policies or procedures required by any shipping carrier as to damaged goods. Under normal circumstances, your item(s) will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing. Hoverboard India only ships Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week.
