Does Tiger Hoverboards process returns?

As a matter of fact, we do process returns. However, we have a strict policy when it comes to accepting returns. We will only accept a return if the product shipped turns out to be defective or is not working. In either case, the product should be in the original packaging, with all contents such as invoice, warranty card, instructions manual intact or else returns will not be accepted.  India Hoverboards shall reimburse the customer on shipping in such cases.

Returns should be made within 10 days of the product delivery. If the consumer fails to notify India Hoverboards within 10 days, returns will not be accepted and the warranty will stand void.

Any defect in the product after 10 days of the product delivery will be repaired at an additional cost as per applicable. In such cases, the shipping expense will be borne by the customer himself.
